The tool uses advanced algorithms to evaluate the “coloring” of messages and identify signs of illegal activity. After detecting suspicious content, the system can de-anonymize the author by determining their geolocation, phone number, and other identifiers.
The system’s database contains information about 58 million Telegram users, including their phone numbers. If precise identification is not possible, the system downloads the user’s full message history, profile changes, and connections for subsequent manual analysis.
