Respected all Circles This is to inform that from today onwards, PoS refund process has been automated. Today onwards, CEPT and SBI will settle the PoS refunds at their end just like DQR and ePay refunds. Today, CEPT has shared all the refunds cases of 04th September with SBI. SBI will share the refund details after two days. As of now, the entire Cycle of refund settlement is T+5 days, which will be reduced to T+2 days shortly. Thanks to the CEPT team and SBI/Razorpay teams. In some time, we will issue the official information along with refund process for all digital payment channels.

The Commission is holding talks with employee-pensioner organizations across the country (meetings in Chennai, Chandigarh, Bengaluru etc. in September–October 2026). After the report comes, the government will review it, then implement — money might show up by the end of 2027 or 2028. 📢 Branch Post Office में डाक वितरण व्यवस्था में बदलाव की तैयारी डाक विभाग ने Branch Post Offices (BOs) में Mail Delivery व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करने के संबंध में महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश जारी किए हैं। 🚲 अभी कई Branch Post Offices में Manual/Sाइकिल बीट के माध्यम से डाक का आवागमन किया जाता है। वहीं कई जगह ABPM/GDS द्वारा Account Office से Mail Bag लेकर BO तक पहुंचाने और वापस Mail Bag ले जाने की व्यवस्था है। 📦 बढ़ते Parcel Traffic और E-Commerce Business को देखते हुए विभाग का उद्देश्य डाक एवं पार्सल की आवाजाही को और अधिक तेज एवं प्रभावी बनाना है। 🏍️ इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए सभी Postal Circles को निर्देश दिया गया है कि वे सभी Branch Post Offices की मौजूदा Mail Delivery व्यवस्था की व्यापक समीक्षा करें और जहाँ संभव हो, वहाँ Manual Delivery Beats को Mechanized/Motorized Beats में बदलने के लिए प्रयास करें। 👉 इससे Mail Bags के परिवहन में सुविधा होगी, डाक वितरण की दक्षता बढ़ेगी और Branch Post Offices में अधिक संख्या में Parcels/Mail Items की Delivery के लिए बेहतर व्यवस्था बनाई जा सकेगी।
