Winding down on the year. New Years is fast approaching for us Americans who celebrate the normie holidays. As we approach, I find myself in Utisetta lately after work. As the day started at sunset for our ancestors, it's like preparing for the new arising to come. It focuses on being aware and thankful for the new day. As Dagr is born again each morning, shining light once again, so to the cycle of the year, is being reborn. The Holy High Gods of our ancestors are sustaining this new horizon as they always have for our folk. We should look toward this new dawn, holding Ond, embracing Oðr.
