Further proof today that Ireland’s judicial regime is by far the most corrupt in Europe if not the world. The Supreme Court has ruled that innocent man James Flynn will face a retrial. James was framed by the guards, DPP, the judiciary and media in relation to the theft of a car that was NOT used in the murder of Detective Adrian Donohoe and which he did NOT steal. He has already served and completed a long sentence for a crime he did not commit. This is another atrocious day for justice and Ireland.
