Знаете, что меня всегда поражало? Как самые эффектные женщины могут часами препарировать свою внешность перед зеркалом. Казалось бы, живи и наслаждайся! Но нет, мы будто специально ищем, к чему бы придраться.💔
Помню, как одна моя подруга-модельное внешности чуть
не разрыдалась из-за "ужасных" мешков под глазами.
Я тогда подумала: "Милочка, да половина Москвы мечтает о твоей внешности!"
Но для нее это был настоящий кризис.
А ведь это так по-женски, не правда ли? Мы можем собрать миллионы лайков, но одно неудачное фото способно выбить нас из колеи на весь день.
Откуда же берется эта нездоровая самокритичность?🦷
Во-первых, спасибо глянцу и соцсетям. Мы постоянно сравниваем себя с отретушированными образами. И, конечно, проигрываем в этой гонке за идеалом.
Во-вторых, индустрия красоты. Она процветает на наших комплексах. Каждый день нам внушают, что без нового крема мы просто
не люди.
В-третьих, наше драгоценное окружение. Сколько раз вы слышали от близких: "А может, тебе похудеть?" или "Что-то ты бледненькая". Спасибо, дорогие, без вас мы бы не заметили!
Но давайте честно: разве дело только во внешних факторах? Может, проблема глубже?
Часто за этими придирками к себе скрывается неуверенность в других сферах жизни. Проще заморочиться на "неидеальных" бровях, чем признать, что ты несчастлива в отношениях или ненавидишь свою работу.К тому же, самокритика - это своеобразная защита. Если мы первыми укажем на свои недостатки, то вроде как обезопасим себя от критики других. Хитро, но малоэффективно. А еще есть такая штука, как перфекционизм.
Мы стремимся быть идеальными во всем, забывая, что идеал - это миф. И что наши "недостатки" часто и делают нас особенными.Так что в следующий раз, когда захочется поругать себя за "ужасный" вид, остановитесь. Подумайте, действительно ли дело в лишнем килограмме или неудачной прическе? Или это просто способ избежать решения реальных проблем?
