THERE ARE TWO SEASONS IN BUSINESS If you are a business owner you should have experienced these seasons. 1️⃣ The season when there are so many sales that you and your team couldn't even rest. This is usually the festive period. 2️⃣ The season when the sales are just normal. Many business owners do not know how to manage both seasons. You see ehn, what you do during the season when the sales are high will help keep your business afloat when the sales are a bit shaky. For instance, during the Christmas season you get to sell a lot of hampers, fruit juices, parfait, and smoothies. After Christmas you will notice that the sales may not be coming in as they used to. Now, the money you made during the festive season should help keep your business afloat. How? It's from that money that you can intensify your marketing so that you can keep selling. Investing in strategic marketing is one way to keep your business going. This is why I always advise business owners to keep track of how they spend.

One of the reasons why I did that was to show them that doing huge numbers is very possible in this industry. You may not have hit a million naira sales in your business yet, but I want you to know one truth, It's very possible! The reason why people attacked me early this year when my mentor mentioned the amount I had made that month, was because they don't know how to believe. Success in anything is a function of the mind. You have to first believe in the possibility of something before you can get it. Once you have built your faith, then take these simple steps down to reach this milestone. . 1️⃣ WRITE IT DOWN. A goal written down becomes a plan. Writing down this target is the first step towards achieving it. Now, don't write it down and go and hide it o… If you want to do 1m naira in one month, put it down on papare and paste it where you will see it like 10 times a day. It will motivate you. . 2️⃣ DECIDE ON THE PARTICULAR THING YOU WILL SELL. One thing I taught my students in the academy is the power of creating a product to sell. You should create something very enticing that you can sell to hit that amount within a month. For instance, if you sell healthy food and drinks, you can simply create a bundle If I were to do this, I will create a 20,000 naira bundle which can be coconut banana bread + pineapple juice + chicken salad So I have my product ready. . 3️⃣ BREAK DOWN YOUR TARGET INTO DAYS Let's say your business operates from Mondays to Saturdays in a month excluding Sundays. It means you have 25 days to sell your market. So you're looking at hitting 1m in 25 days. N1,000,000 divided into 25 days will give you N40,000 per day. So you need to make sales of N40,000 daily. . 4️⃣ Determine how many products you need to sell to hit your daily and weekly target. If your bundle or product is N20,000 each, you only need to sell 2 bundles and you've hit your daily target. In 25 days, you should have sold a minimum of 50 bundles and maybe more depending on how well you're able to convert your leads to buying customers. . 5️⃣ START MARKETING LIKE CRAZY. Except you already have an audience who can buy your 50 bundles in one month without hassle, you need to market your bundle offer like you know you have a goal. So to get 10 people to buy 10 bundles, you need at least 1000 people to see your offer. To sell 50 bundles, you need to be seen by at least 5000 people. This means you must go maaaaad with your marketing until you hit your target. . 6️⃣ USE A WEBSITE FOR MORE EFFECTIVENESS Except if you want to fall down because of stress of answering DMs, set up a quick website and put your bundle there then direct everyone there to place their orders. Using a website is one of my best business decisions and I believe it will work wonders for your business. Will you do these?
