I think I'm about to cancel my wedding. For context, I met this man two years ago at a conference. We hit it off immediately and two months after we met, he proposed to me and I accepted. He told me he wasn't really the affectionate type and honestly I didn't mind cos I loved him. Fast forward into our relationship, everything was going good apart from lack of attention and a whole lot. I told myself he was a good guy just that he wasn't affectionate. I took it up on myself to be affectionate towards him but he told me off, so I stopped. This guy rarely kisses my forehead, buys me flowers and other little romantic stuffs to make your partner feel loved. Apart from all these, he takes good care of me. Two years into our relationship and he proposed marriage and I accepted. Now, it was his birthday and I managed convince him and took him out. While on our date, he saw his ex girlfriend and believe me when I tell you, his whole persona just changed. He laughed with her, hugged her and was really a different man than the one that was with me. It would be an understatement if I say I was hurt. I was broken. These are things I've been craving for for years and this man has deprived me of them. And here he is showing the same to his ex. He took her number and it was like he was a different person. I didn't know this man. He was always giggling and stuff. He even bought cakes for her on her birthday . I felt less of a woman. But he wasn't cheating. Just different. The last straw was when he invited her to a trip that was meant for the both of us. I had had enough and t gave him back the ring. He came begging and I decided to forgive him when I saw him ex sitting in the car waiting for him to finish. I cried and cried and I told him never to contact me again and the wedding was cancelled. He told my mom he didn't know what he did. She called and I told her only for them to tell me I was behaving childish. It broke me. So I decided to put it to people I don't know to get opinions. I'm I acting childish??

I have been dating my boyfriend for over two years, and he used to be funny and energetic.

I'll keep my story very short but please keep me anonymous. My roommates hate me because of my zodiac sign. I want to university last year December and there were three girls in the room before I went. They helped me pack my things and they were very nice to me until they ask of my zodiac sign.
