小红书上线《社区公约 2.0》，明确反对制造对立和虚假营销
1 月 19 日，小红书正式发布《社区公约 2.0》，围绕"真诚分享,友好互动"的社区价值观，首次明确提出"反对制造对立"倡导。新版公约分为"真诚分享"、"友好互动"和"有序经营"三个板块，共包含 25 条倡导，涵盖拒绝虚假人设、反对网暴、保护未成年人等内容。
据小红书社区治理负责人莱戈介绍，平台加强了相关治理工作。自 2025 年 1 月 1 日起，小红书已处置涉及制造对立的账号 53.42 万个，笔记 459.8 万篇，月均处置相关评论超 800 万条。新版公约还要求用户在使用 AI 辅助创作时主动标明，并合并了此前的社区公约与商业公约，新增"有序经营"板块以规范商业行为。

My friend got a random call from "Binance Support" today. Caller: "Congratulations! You just won 100 BNB!" Before my friend could even react, the caller started wheezing with laughter. Caller: "I'm so sorry, man... I'm new to this job. I just can't keep a straight face." Hangs up. A minute later, he calls back: "Hello... HAHAHA... sorry, sorry, I'm still not ready!" Hangs up again. Third call: "Okay, look. I’ll be honest. I am a scammer. The 100 BNB is a total lie. But, my boss allowed a 5-BNB 'bait' limit to lure people. How about we split it between us?" My friend: "Wait, for real?" Caller: "Yeah! You just need to send 1 BNB first to make the transaction look 'official' for my boss." Long story short: My friend thought he met an 'honest' scammer. Now he's out $1,000.
