—- englisch below —— IT’S A WRAP Wat een dag! 💥 We waren vandaag met honderden activisten op de been en hebben gezamenlijk 6 kantoren van Rabo geblokkeerd. En onze boodschap is overgekomen, zowel bij Rabo als in de media; Bij onze blokkades waren tv ploegen, radio en schrijvende pers (zie onderaan) 🏃🏼Onze rebellen uit Nijmegen zijn na hun blokkade doorgegaan naar Elst, om er nog maar een kantoor bij te sluiten, fantastisch. Deze rebellen zijn pas om 21u verwijderd, we hopen dat ze snel vrij komen. 🔥 Bij het hoofdkantoor hebben we 5 ingangen geblokkeerd. 10 klimmers hebben metersgrote banners laten zakken aan de gevel van Rabobank met daarom de verwoesting afgebeeld die Rabo al tientallen jaren aanricht. 📣Op de support demo werden vurige speeches gehouden over de slachtoffers die Rabo maakt met haar desastreuze beleid. 🐷 We hebben genoten van de prachtige en creatieve lokale acties, shout out to schattige piggies uit Eindhoven en de CEO pigs uit Leeuwarden. And our message got through, both at Rabo and in the media; TV crews, radio and press came to our blockades (see below) 🏃🏼Our rebels from Nijmegen moved on to Elst after their blockade, only to close another office! Fantastic. These rebels were arrested around 21:30pm, so we hope they will be released soon. 🔥 At the headquarters, we blocked 5 entrances. 10 climbers lowered metre-sized banners on the façade of Rabobank depicting the destruction that Rabo has been causing for decades. 📣 At the support demo, fiery speeches were made about the victims Rabo is making with its destructive behaviour. 🐷 We enjoyed the wonderful and creative local actions, shout out to cute piggies from Eindhoven and the CEO pigs from Leeuwarden.
