The Jewish attack on free speech continues as lawmakers have drafted a bill to make flyering in California illegal. AB 3024, proposed by Assemblymember Chris Ward, D-San Diego, as a bill to β€œcurb hate littering,” would expand the state’s definition of β€œintimidation by threat of violence” in the state’s civil code to include β€œdistribution of hateful materials on the private property of another without authorization for the purpose of terrorizing … in reckless disregard of the risk of terrorizing the owner or occupant of that private property.” The bill defines β€œterrorizing” as causing β€œa person of ordinary emotions and sensibilities to fear for personal safety.” Those who commit hate littering could be sued in civil court by victims for β€œactual damages suffered … and, in addition, exemplary damages, a civil penalty of $25,000, and attorney’s fees.” https://web.archive.org/web/20240326003425/https://jweekly.com/2024/03/25/california-bill-would-let-victims-of-antisemitic-flyers-sue-whoever-distributed-them/

The toughest is from Kentucky, giving a mandatory minimum of 1 year in prison for felony-level opinions/material/etc... The Constitution either enables this, or is useless to stop it. πŸ”— Salty Texan
