Most of them, although some southern Europeans (e.g. Sicilians), some Ugrofinns (with high asian admixtures) and some Slavs (similiar condition, so some Belarussians Ukrainians and most Russians, and also Albanians probably) aren't white.
Eg. an american with 30% Spanish, 30%, 30% Swedish and 30% Slovenian isn't white, but one with 30% German, 30% Danish and 30% English might be, although not as much as someone 70% Danish and 30% German

And it hissed and snorted so violently that all were terrified and confounded. It was reported to measure 70 cubits although it was not visible in all its length, for it only put its head out. At any rate its eyes are said to have been the size of a large, round Macedonian shield.
