🟡Councillor Lovemore Maiko has been elected as the Mayor and Councilor Jerita Mutingwende as the Deputy Mayor of Chitungwiza town council.

🟡Councilor Eshawedi Chamunogwa was elected as the Mayor and Councilor Emmanuel Chikaponya as the Deputy Mayor of Norton town council.

🟡Councilor Dr. Henry Madzorera and Councilor Melody Chingarande have been elected as the unopposed Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Kwekwe, respectively.

🟡COURT UPDATE: Our Deputy Mayor, Kudzai Kadzombe, has been remanded to the 2nd of October 2023. Despite her innocence, she is facing persecution by the Harare regime due to her political beliefs.

🟡COURT UPDATE: Our representative for Chirumanzu Constituency in the recent election, Patrick Cheza, along with four others, has been released on bail by the High Court. They spent over two weeks in prison despite being innocent of the alleged crime. They are being persecuted simply because they belong to the CCC party. We strongly condemn this ongoing persecution of our members.

🟡BREAKING: Our MPs, Hon. @cde_ostallos, Surrender Kapoikilu, and others have been remanded to the 29th of September 2023. It is crucial to emphasize their innocence, as they are being unjustly persecuted by the Harare regime solely based on their affiliation with CCC.

🟡COURT UPDATE: The Prosecutor has dropped the false charge of inciting violence against our MP, @cde_ostallos, relating to a picture with the caption "we fear fokol." However, he still faces two fabricated charges of singing at the home of a FAZ candidate and tearing down election posters. #FreeOstallos

🟡BREAKING: The Harare regime has levied an additional false accusation against our Deputy Mayor, Kudzai Kadzombe. Initially arrested on trumped-up charges of assaulting a Zanu PF member during the recently concluded sham election, she is now facing yet another fabricated charge of obstructing the complainant from entering the polling station on voting day. 🟡BREAKING: Hon. @Cde_Ostallos, our Member of Parliament (MP) for Pelandaba Tshabalala, has been unjustly slapped with two more trumped-up charges. Here are the three false charges: 1. Posting his picture on his X account with the caption "we fear fokol." 2. Singing in the house of a FAZ double candidate. 3. Tearing down election posters. This continued targeted persecution against our members must be immediately stopped.

🟡Councillor Keta Takarangana has been elected as the Mayor and Councilor Itai Pasira as the Deputy Mayor of Zvishavane town council.

🟡Councillor Owen Charuza has been elected as the Mayor and Councilor Chipo Mlotshwa as the Deputy Mayor of Chinhoyi.

🟡BREAKING: Councilor Rydes Machekera has been elected as the Mayor and Councilor Edward Dzeka as the Deputy Mayor of Chegutu.
