Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Connections

⚪️Double-click "Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop session" select Disabled and apply the changes 2⃣ Increase the Number of Allowe Connections⬇️ ⚪️In the same location open "Limit number of connections" ⚪️Set it to Enabled and specify the maximum number of concurrent users [ For example 10 ] 3⃣ Enable Remote Desktop in Firewall⬇️ ⚪️Open Control Panel > Windows Defender Firewall ⚪️Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall ⚪️Check Remote Desktop for both Public and Private networks 4⃣ Restart the Server[ R-D-P ]⬇️ Once these settings are applied restart your Windows VPS Now, multiple users can connect simultaneously using Remote Desktop Connection ➡️Note: 🚨
