Reason: i bought £440 worth of F notes off him (£200) but before i bought the notes i told him my drop addy wasn’t going to be home and to NOT post it with signed so it could go thru the letter box, he didn’t do as i requested and as my drop addy wasn’t home he missed the delivery and the notes were shipped to NRC were all stuff that couldn’t be delivered is sent so it’s sent back to the sender but he didn’t put return address so the notes can’t be picked up and royal mail will discard them, he refuses to refund or reship my notes even tho it was his mistake that i spoke to him about before he even posted it.
