2. the macro multi-month outlook. This can help you: strategize, plan, calculate based on the macro expectations. For example, after reading my report, although the T1 is here, it is a winning report, you'll for example be smarter than 90% of the folks. You will not DREAM of entering some long term spot alt position here. Or... you will not buy the bullshit of the further collapsing dollar in the near term. Or you will not buy gold as everyone fomo-es... Or you will not do many many many mistakes because this timing, this year, this period of the market is really amazing, basically schoolbook contrarian trading, basically, designed to fuck up as many as it can. I never smoked in my life.
I heard it's one of the hardest addictions.
I wanted to try just to quit to tell you it's doable.
But why bother, when many people have smoked and quit.
For most people social factor is even stronger than physical. They don't feel comfortable being alone. Their facial expressions are tied to taking a 'puff' when thinking.
For fuck sake bro, take it on as a challenge.
There is no easy way to make a change.
No easy way, unless you start enjoying the process.
Every time you would otherwise smoke, but you don't... it's a small win you attribute to you.
every time you'd feel uncomfortable without a cigarette (or whatever your poison is)... yet you don't give in, you're a winner.
Fuck looking at black-white, smoking or non smoking, let's take small victories.
And never give up. Until you feel you are strong enough to just kill it.
I had a family member who was smoking 2-3 packs a day for 12 years.
One day he said he quits.
He never smoked since.
People even teased him by blowing smoke to his face, and giving him whiskey... he never did it again.
It is possible.
And whatever it is you want to change with you.. start with small wins if major change is not your thing.
How do you know what's your thing?
Well, obviously, try it.
If it works, good.
