And the harm from their behavior affects everyone: once a buyer has a negative experience, they may not come back to the marketplace. As a result, good sellers will be left without orders. We are developing metrics to analyze such situations. One of them is the buyers' indication of the reason for each return. If a buyer chooses a negative one, such as "Seller returned money without any reason," the order will be sent for review. After that, the seller may receive penalty points.
