Lee Sedol Played Against AI Again On March 9, Lee Sedol 9-dan played a demonstration game against an AI developed by the Korean company Enhans. This AI uses “Agentic AI” technology, which means it can make decisions and perform tasks on its own, without constant human input. During the demo, Lee Sedol used voice commands to set up and control the Go model, adjusting the AI’s skill level and guiding the flow of the game in real time. He even taught the AI how to play Go. After about 15 minutes, the AI challenged Lee Sedol and won in 66 moves. The AI also provided detailed text commentary on the game, instead of the usual percentage analysis from tools like KataGo. sourses: zdnet.co.kr, Alexander Dinerstein, ajupress.com
