Light bulb sign (posterior dislocation)
• Most commonly during fit or convulsion
• with an electric shock
Posterior dislocation:
= Difficult to detect by AP view which may show the electric light bulb appearance of the humeral head due to the internal rotation position.
X-ray shoulder (AP view)
