All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi, launched #AyurVarta, a special digital dialogue series aimed at taking authentic knowledge, scientific perspectives and contemporary relevance of Ayurveda to wider audiences in India and abroad. The initiative has been launched ahead of Ayurveda Day, which will be observed on 23rd of September.

𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐩𝐮𝐫 Government has decided to defer Census operations in Manipur following a high-level review meeting chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi. Manipur High Court has also directed that the Census exercise remain deferred until further orders. The meeting reviewed the demand to defer the Census before implementation of the National Register of Citizens (NRC).

MEA said India has never recognised the arbitration panel, did not participate in its proceedings and will not be bound by its rulings. New Delhi also reiterated that the Indus Waters Treaty remains in abeyance.
