so turtle is not doing well. he is suffering the same symptoms as his brother now...

i said this on twitter but haven't really said it here. that photo of rider is the last one of him i have. due to the nature of his illness and how it progressed so fast within a few days and him being so young the only option i had was to put him down. The other was a very very very costly surgery that while i can afford and do was not a promise of survival or a painless life. had it been just his eye we could have lived with that but it was in his intestines and stomach preventing him from digesting food which caused a major backup and needed surgery. and even then due to him being still young the chance of survival was very very low.... so its been just me and nimbus and turtle now and ive been spoling him but i know he misses his brother as much as i do... i forget the pain of having a pet but i have turtle and he has me. I know there was little i could do in the scenario but i gave rider all the love and attention and extra treats and i will miss that goober.
