He was the one who understood the DEX project at the level of every line of code, every idea. His loss left us in disarray. We didn’t know how to react or what to do next. Attempts to find a specialist who could understand his code and continue the work proved nearly impossible. Sergei was a unique professional, and replacing him was simply unthinkable. We hesitated to speak about this publicly for a long time. It was too personal, too painful. But now we understand that you deserve to know the truth. We also realize that during this time, the market hasn’t stood still. New products have emerged, created by experienced teams with substantial budgets. One such product turned out to be so well-crafted and thoughtfully designed that we realized continuing to compete with it, trying to refine our aggregator, would be unfair to you and to ourselves. Therefore, we made a difficult but, in our view, the only right decision. We launched the beta version of the product created by this team. It is a product that already works better than what we could have offered. After beta testing, there will be a full release, and we believe it will be a truly worthy solution for all users. We fully understand that our internal problems and challenges should not become your burden. You believed in us, supported us, and we want to do everything possible to justify your trust. That is why we have decided to burn the team’s tokens. According to our tokenomics, the team is allocated 8% of the total token supply—64 billion tokens. Tomorrow, we will burn them. Additionally, we want to inform you that we are open to considering offers to sell the project. We understand that we have a valuable foundation, developments, and a community that deserves continued growth.
