🗣 small announcement for buyers that purchased from MIA gom that purchased from me it has come to my attention that one of the goms that bought from me has gone MIA. for the past few batches, i have been contacting buyers myself to help her recitify her problem and have been mailing out the items to her buyers on behalf of her. however, i do not appreciate when her buyers come to me chasing me for updates when my own buyers don't because they understand that if there were updates, they will be sent here and updated in the ss. have stated in my tncs that i am not responsible for other goms' buyers in the case of MIA but i have been going out of my way to find the existing buyers and mailing out the items nonetheless. i could have taken the easy way out and js confiscate the pcs and resell them elsewhere but i have taken the initiative to find the buyers and ensure that the pcs get to them. this will continue to happen but will be prioing my own buyers and getting their mails out first. however, i will not be providing refunds to the buyers who have bought from the gom as it is simply not my responsibility. so if u have bought any items from her, please chase her and not me, you did not purchase from me hence it is not my responsibility to be responsible for ur purchases. i understand that it is not yalls fault that she MIA-ed but it is also not mine, if you are not understanding to me, i wont be either. if i feel that her buyers keep approaching me to hound me regarding updates or mailing in the future, i will stop being nice and will proceed to confiscate her items and proceed to resell.
