We sincerely apologize for the extended period without communication and updates.
During this time, we encountered several operational and structural challenges while working to improve the platformβs stability, security, and overall value to our users. We are pleased to inform you that, after extensive review and strategic restructuring, we have implemented sustainable solutions to address these issues.
Background and Apology π
The temporary suspension of the platform was primarily due to fraudulent task submissions by some users and limitations in funding availability to adequately settle users who legitimately completed tasks. It is important to note that sales earnings were consistently processed smoothly and promptly, as sales commissions were not dependent on third-party foreign advertising platforms such as Monetag, Propeller, and similar services.
We sincerely apologize to all users who performed their tasks correctly and to our community at large for any inconvenience experienced. As an organization, we take full responsibility for not delivering the level of reliability and reward expected at the time.
Rebranding and Platform Transitionπ
We are pleased to officially announce that the platform will now operate under the name Earnpal Solutions Limited
All existing user data will be securely migrated to the EarnPal Solutions website. As previously communicated, no additional payment is required. All existing user accounts and subscribed plans remain valid and active.
Plan Reactivation and Validity
β’ When we relaunch on the 10th of January, activated users are required to log in to the EarnPal Solutions website and reactivate their existing plans for free.
β’ All plans are structured to run for a one-year duration.
β’ For existing users, plan validity will commence only after reactivation.
β’ Upon reactivation, the plan will remain active for one full year.
β’ After the one-year period, users may renew their subscription to continue accessing platform services.
Task Balance Reset (Fresh Start Policy)
As part of this relaunch and to ensure fairness, transparency, and a clean operational restart, all existing task balances on the previous platform will be cleared.
This reset applies to all users and is necessary to enable a fresh start under the new Earnpal Solutions system, built on verified advertisers, funded tasks, and stricter compliance measures. Going forward, all task earnings will be generated and recorded exclusively within the new platform structure.
New Platform Features and Value Additions
1. Verified Advertising Tasksπ:
All tasks on the platform will now be published exclusively by verified advertisers. Advertisers are required to deposit funds into the company account before posting any task and before user participation is enabled.
Advertisers will review task submissions to ensure compliance with instructions prior to approving payments. Any user found submitting fraudulent task proofs may be reported and sanctioned. Accumulation of multiple verified reports may result in permanent account suspension.
Advertisers who fail to compensate users after verified task completion will be subject to the same disciplinary actions.
2. VTU Services (Virtual Top-Up)π:
The platform now offers VTU services, including airtime, data, electricity bill payments, WAEC pins, and other utility services.
All users automatically become sales partners and can earn up to 70% commission from the platformβs profit by sharing their unique sales links. This enables users to generate income from telecom and utility services without the need to develop or manage independent infrastructure.
