🕯 X won’t offer in-app trading after all
Early chatter suggested X planned to let users trade stocks and crypto directly from the timeline via Smart Cashtags. That’s not happening.
Product chief Nikita Bier clarified that X won’t execute trades or act as a broker. Instead, Smart Cashtags will surface live prices, charts, and asset data within the feed.

⚠️ Trezor and Ledger users targeted by phishing letters
Owners of Trezor and Ledger wallets are receiving physical scam letters urging them to “verify” their accounts. The letters look official and are printed on branded paper.
The scam works via a QR code. After scanning, users are prompted to enter their seed phrase. Anyone who does that risks losing their crypto instantly.
