Yes and no. We use an automated shop bot system similar to Televend. The difference is, instead of your funds being held in Escrow by the group, you are dealing directly with the vendor. The vendors are in control of their own bots with the use of an API token, and if they suspect any foul play from Tesseract, they can revoke their token leaving the bot inaccessible by us. Therefore, you have no concern about a Televend-style exit scam.

The short answer is - we don't. However, we have a very stringent verification process. Most vendors in the group have been operating on the Darknet Markets with a history of positive feedback on Dread. If there is any potential scam happening, we can stop the bot from functioning immediately.

You can find a list of Tesseract bots on the pinned message in the group chat. Open the bot and press the Start button (or use command /start). On your first time using the TS bots, you will be asked to set up a Passphrase for security. This will only be visible to you, and will be displayed every time you open our bots to ensure you are using a legitimate TS bot and not a clone or scam bot. From the main menu, you can browse the available products by using the Listings button. Add the desired products and quantities to your basket, and when you are ready, click Checkout. Here, you select your payment method and delivery method, and enter your delivery information (we recommend using the vendor's PGP or a Temp.Pm for your personal details, or just input your information straight into a message and send). Press Checkout - and now your order has been registered on the bot.

If you have overpaid, please contact the vendor via the Contact button on the Main Menu. Send them a message with your TXID, Order number and a brief explanation of your situation. Once this has been verified by the vendor, they can sort whatever your payment issue is.
If you have underpaid, please send the remaining amount to the bot before contacting the vendor. Send them a message with BOTH your TXIDs, Order number and a brief explanation of the situation, and again, he vendor can manually accept your order from there.

You just sit back, relax and await your shipping confirmation. Each vendor has different methods of posting and different terms of operation so it's always worth checking your vendor's policy first. But everything is in order, and all you have to do now is wait for your order to arrive!

You must first qualify as a highly experienced seller, with experience operating on the DNMs and a very good reputation. We don't just accept your average everyday Telegram seller. With an abundant history of exit scams on these platforms, we need to ensure - as much as we can - that our customers can be safe and confident in the group and with using the vendors. Again, staff can be extremely busy and if we don't reply to you straight away we will certainly endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
