*THINKING AT A BROADER PERSPECTIVE!!* We usually always react and not respond! This is bcs we always think very narrow! Prb is always any obstacles bring about its cons in start but later as we move in depth it has pros that are much more! But we get so entangled into the negatives that we can't get into the depth and that's exactly where we all get at different levels!✨ You decide want to remain entangled in negativity or get out and move in depth of positivity? *#कर_लेंगे॥*🦾

*REGRETS* : Quite a heavy word, just as heavy as an emotion isn't it! But do we really need it to have in our lives? How do these just seep in w/o even us knowing they are seeping? There's definitely alot that we would have wished to happen differently - But that's how life is - UNFAIR! However, blaming life completely would be so wrong bcs it always gives you a choice and it's YOUR choice that lends you here! And unfortunately/fortunately you've to accept it bcs now it can't be Undone! But you can definitely mold a better future by not focusing on past! How would that happen? By having NO regrets! Frankly life is so short and beautiful that you shouldn't have place for regrets! Convert all your regrets into lessons and just simply try not making those mistakes again! Forgive yourself but don't forget! Bcs once a dead person said - I receive more flowers than the living ones Bcss....Regret is stronger than Gratitude once it seeps w/i you! So never let it overpower you!Do forgive yourself for anyone regret you've so far! Halka feel karoge!✨

ROBBINS SPECIAL

When we all started out on this long journey of ours, the very basic feeling that we understood that we needed to carry forward, was empathy. Empathy towards patients and all human beings in general. The question of the day is, where is it? So, you aspire to be a great doctor but you aren’t even empathetic to the ones around you ? More importantly, how can you not be empathetic towards your fellow colleagues? When are you going to realise that : this may have been a rat race and you fought for your place that you achieved, but ultimately you are all (senior/junior) going to be a part of a greater community of good doctors that are going to shape the society. Leave aside the fact that good karma always comes back, people should be empathetic, regardless. The toxic work culture is not going to take you forward. You may have dislike or disregard for some of the people around you but nothing gives you the right to disrespect them. Nobody deserves that. Yes people’s toxicity is not under your control but your response to the situation is. I am not asking you to shut up if someone disrespects you. One must always stand up for themselves. All I am asking you is to just end the chain right there. Your behaviour towards such people talks more about you, than them. Bitterness is a heavy feeling that is only going to weigh you down. It saddens me to see that despite bringing in reforms to make the working conditions better, the juniors are still working 36h shifts and perhaps longer just because the senior manages to say “ we did it without complaining so why won’t you?” And get away with it. Nothing changes if nothing changes. It’s sad that we as a close knit community don’t know how to stand up for one another and respect each other. The toxic chain should end somewhere. Let that be you. This isn’t any advice but it’s more like a cry for help because *hum* humari izzat nahi karenge tho bahar se koi kyun karega Be the senior you always wanted. Let there always be light in your heart and no hatred. It is our responsibility that we take this seriously and promise ourselves and each other that we don’t have to be bitchy to get the work done. We never grow by bringing down other people. Would you not protect your younger brother/sister/nephew/niece from bullies? Would you not teach them to be kinder? Remember that we were all that kid once. Harshness and bullying is not the way guys. Cmon we have to be better than this. Don’t tolerate. Don’t perpetuate. It’s a promise to ourselves and the ones around that we will not pass down the generational trauma. And remember, empathy starts at home.
