Homegrown & homemade organic strawberry jam. 🍓 I'm an avid gardener and with an abundance of berries growing in my garden right now, I figured I'd preserve some and make a few gifts for family and friends.

Memento mori.

A work in progress. I've almost completed the outline and then I'll fill it in. This will end up being a quilted wall hanging in the shape of a shield - for my sons cubby house. Not your regular children's cubby fitted out with a pretend kitchen... I plan to mount various sized wooden swords, shields, nerf guns and water pistols on the walls because all little boys need a healthy dose of combative reenactment play. ⚔️🐺⚔️

I'd like to take a moment to share a few white female artists with you all.  These ladies have welcomed me into their art community recently and have supported and cheered me on ever since.
