‎Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet ﷺ said: ‎“The martyrs are five: the one who dies from a plague, the one who dies from an abdominal disease, the one who drowns, the one who dies because debris fell on him, and the one who dies fighting in the cause of Allah.” (Sahih al-Bukhari) ‎Al- Allāmah Ibn Bāz rahimahullāh said: ‎“And included with them are those who die due to a vehicle overturning or in a vehicle collision, for indeed this resembles one who dies by collapse (crushing).
