SufyÄn ath-ThawrÄ« raáž„imahuâAllÄh was seen in a dream in Jannah, flying from one palm tree to another. It was said to him:
âWhat was done with you?â He replied: âI am with the noble and righteous scribes (the honored angels).â And it was said to him:
âWhich deeds did you find to be the best?â He said: âThe Qurâan.â

Allah makes the deed of the sincere person apparent.
Ibrahim al-Nakhaâi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
âIf a servant were to conceal his worship as he conceals wickedness, Allah would surely make that apparent from him.â

âImÄm Muhammad Ibn Salih al-Uthaymeen (rahimahuâAllah) said:
âAbu Qatadah al-Harith ibn Ribâi al-Ansari al-Khazraji, may Allah be pleased with him, witnessed the Battle of Uhud and what came after it. He used to be called the horseman (cavalier) of the Messenger of Allah ï·ș.
âHe supported the Prophet ï·ș on one of his journeys when he leaned on his riding mount due to sleep. When he awoke, he said to him:
ââMay Allah preserve you as you preserved His Prophet.â
âHe died in the year 54 AH in Medina.

Imam al-AlbanÄ« rahimahuâAllah said :
âWe do not know of any authentic hadith showing that the Prophet ï·ș consistently observed any of the regular Sunnah prayers (rawÄtib) while traveling except for the Sunnah prayer of Fajr and the Witr prayer. And Allah knows best.â

Ibn Abbas and Anas ibn Malik may Allah be pleased with them both said:
âIndeed, for a good deed there is a light in the heart, beauty on the face, strength in the body, expansiveness in provision, and love in the hearts of creation. And indeed, for a sin there is darkness in the heart, ugliness on the face, weakness in the body, decrease in provision, and hatred in the hearts of creation.â

Al-HÄfidh Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali (rahimahullÄh) said:
âAs for the voluntary acts of worship during the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, they are more virtuous than those performed during the last ten nights of Ramadan.
Similarly, the obligatory deeds in Dhul-Hijjah are multiplied more than those performed at other times.â

âImÄm Muhammad Ibn Salih al-Uthaymeen (rahimahuâAllah) said:
ââAbu Hurairah is Abd al-Raáž„mÄn ibn áčąakhr al-DawsÄ«. He accepted Islam in the year of Khaybar, and witnessed it, and he kept close company with the Prophet ï·ș and gave care to his hadith. The Prophet ï·ș testified for him regarding his eagerness for hadith.
âAnd Abdullah ibn Umar said to him:
ââYou were the one among us who stayed closest to the Messenger of Allah ï·ș, and the most knowledgeable among us concerning his hadith.â
âAnd something similar was narrated from Umar ibn al-Khattab.
âAnd al-Bukhari (rahimahullÄh) said:
ââAbu Hurairah was the strongest in memorization among those who narrated hadith in his era.â
âThe scholars mentioned that he narrated from the Prophet ï·ș (5,374) hadiths.
âHe died in the year fifty seven in Madinah, may Allah be pleased with him.â

al-HÄfidh ibn Hajr rahimahullÄh said:
âA person, if he sees his companion distressed, it is recommended for him to speak to him with that which removes his worry and makes his soul feel good;
due to the statement of Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him:
âI will surely say something that makes the Prophet ï·ș laugh.ââ
