How do I even explain this feeling to someone? I’m completely exhausted, and I really want to fall asleep but my brain just won’t let me. It feels like I have a thousand thoughts running through my head, and I’m constantly thinking. The lights are off, my body is tired, everything feels exhausted, but my brain just won’t stop. And whenever I try to fall asleep, my thoughts just keep spiraling and spiraling and spiraling. There’s no end to it.

Never feel guilty for moving on from someone who had every opportunity to treat you right and still chose not to. Because if someone truly wants you in their life, they won’t keep giving you reasons to doubt it. And if you’re leaving them, you’re not leaving because you didn’t love them enough—you’re leaving because you finally understood that love isn’t supposed to feel like begging.

My life is filled with lessons of detachment, while I am the most emotional and obsessive person. I was never the kind of person who could love halfway. When I care, I care deeply. When I stay, I stay completely. And maybe that’s why life keeps teaching me the same lessons again and again— that not everything you love is meant to stay.

Don’t ignore the efforts of someone who tries to stay in touch, because they won’t keep trying forever once they realize their efforts are being taken for granted. Kyuki koi bhi efforts karna ek hi baar mein band nahi karta, woh dheere-dheere tab rukta hai when they start feeling unappreciated. And once they stop, you’ll miss the feeling of being someone’s priority.

Stop expecting you from others. You love deeply. You show up. You give your all. You remember the small things. You go out of your way. You pour into people with intention and care. And because that is who you are, you expect others to do the same for you. You expect them to match your energy. You expect them to show up the way you show up. You expect them to care the way you care. You expect them to love the way you love. And when they do not, you are left disappointed. Confused. Hurt. You wonder why they do not try as hard. You wonder why they do not see you the way you see them. You wonder why they do not value you the way you value them. You start to question yourself. You start to question your worth. You start to wonder if you are the problem. But here is the truth. The problem is not that they do not care. The problem is not that you are not enough. The problem is that you are using yourself as the bar for others. You are projecting your own capacity for love onto people who do not have the same capacity. You are expecting them to be you. And they will never be you. Not everyone has the same heart. Not everyone has the same depth. Not everyone has the same capacity for love, effort, or presence. Some people simply cannot give what you give. Not because they do not want to. But because they do not know how. Because they have not healed. Because they are not ready. Because they are wired differently. Using yourself as a bar for others will often lead to disappointment. Because you are measuring them by your own standards, and they will always fall short. Not because they are not enough. But because they are not you.

Okay, so can I be real for a second?  Nobody is that busy.  We don’t ignore people,  We just prioritise what feels important to us.  I have taken calls in the middle of chaos  For someone I really cared about.  And I have seen people reply within seconds,  Even on their busiest days,  When it really matter to them.  Because emotionally, we always make space  For what we don’t want to lose.  So when someone says “I don’t have time,”  It usually means you’re not a priority right now.  Because when someone truly cares,  They don’t wait for time — they just create it.

i'm in my quiet era. whatever happens, happens. I don't have much to say about anything anymore. It is what it is and life goes on. I've learned that not everything needs a reaction, and not every situation deserves my energy..So now, i'm learning to let things be. The unanswered messages, the one-sided efforts, the people who left without a reason. I no longer question why things turned out the way they did.I no longer try to fix what i didn't break.I accept that some people are meant to be lessons,,,,,,,not lifelong connections. And i'm i'm done chasing clarity from those who brought confusion.I just let it go now. If it's meant for me, it'll stay. And if not, i'll make peace with its absence

I wish people could drink their own word  And realise how bitter they taste.  Because it's easy to say things,  It's easy to throw words like they don't mean anything.  It's easy to hurt someone  And walk away like nothing happened.  But you know what?  Words don't disappear.  They stay in someone's mind,  In someone's heart.  So before you speak,  Ask yourself that are you able to handle  The taste of your own words.

I loved the flowers so much  That instead of picking them, I left them alone.  Because the purest form of love  Doesn’t ask how can I keep you,  It asks how can I see you happy.  And if your presence costs someone’s freedom,  Then it’s better to leave them.  Because sometimes the greatest act of love  Is having the strength to walk away.

You never know how strong you are until you take yourself to the hospital alone, undergo several lab tests, buy your own medicine, and handle everything by yourself while in pain—literally taking care of yourself through it all.

No next bff 🙃...
