There is not even a single day when students are not having errors on the SPOM site. Not enough centers are available for the exam. Now students have to bear the torture of self paced worst lectures. An error occurs when using the speed extension. The error appears not only with the speed extension but also if a student forwards just one second by mistake, the lecture window immediately exits. Don't worry about this error because it's happening to everyone. Institute is forcing students to waste time on lectures where they are merely reading PPT. Is this really a robust system? The big problem is for students who have further exams. This has become a burden for them. What should be done now? ➨ Play the lecture in the background & do other tasks. You can watch lecture without turning on camera. ➨ Lectures work at a speed of up to 1.5x; beyond that, the error occurs. I have checked this. ✅ IBS May 24 Paper Analysis by CA Divyesh Vaghela : ═══════ ♢.✰.♢ ═══════ Overall Paper level - Tough or Average for some students No case studies were repeated from any material. ICAI wasted so many materials who expected same case studies. I have completely gone through paper & seen many questions were directly similar to ICAI TYK & Illustration, the same i told earlier. ➨ Majority practical questions were ICAI Questions only. If you had taken icai module and check particular chapter only icai questions, you can easily find questions. like This questions were exact similar - EMA, Merger, Advance capital budgeting 2 que, IND AS 19, IND AS 115, IND AS 116, PGBP, throughput accounting, Appeal & Revision ➨ Of course some theory questions were not direct but for that you have to search the content of icai module. Overall, For both groups students, it was manageable as they had knowledge all subjects. The important task was to identify chapter and topic name quickly then just have to go to ICAI Questions & content. Single group students might have faced problems with subjects in which they were less familiar. ➨ ICAI have to give minimum 5 hrs for IBS Paper as it's very time consuming, questions were having coverage of all subjects. And this paper is not like economic law where case studies gets repeated. But still i would say ICAI module is very useful for this paper as there are limited questions in module & from this many similar practical questions came & theory question also can be find through ICAI Module index. ✅ IBS - Important Exam Tips by CA Divyesh Vaghela : ═══════ ♢.✰.♢ ═══════ ➨ Don't waste too much time finding a similar case study. It shouldn't happen that questions are new but direct & easy, and content of the same could be easily found in ICAI module/other material you carry, but you run out of time. Allocate a maximum 25 minutes overall to find a similar case studies. ➨ If it's new, first identify subject of question, then try to find which chapter it belongs to & then refer the ICAI module for the same. ➨ For Theory questions, search for the topic asked in the question from ICAI module index. ➨ For Practical questions, it's possible that it is taken from ICAI questions only. If unsure, quickly go through illustrations & TYK of relevant chapter. ➨ I believe ICAI will repeat some case studies from New 15 Case Study or 3 Journal CS or possibly from Old course Multidisciplinary Case Study Digest. Make sure to carry the same. Also Earlier ICAI have revised some case study ques (of New 15 Case Study) without giving any notification. I have given update on this before also, so Ensure you have the latest one downloaded, which I have also compiled  - here ➨ If any question is new & you can't answer, don't leave it completely blank. Write other relevant content of same topic & provide analysis, especially for theory. ➨ It's crucial to attempt 100% of the paper. Don't think that if you've found all the answers, it's okay to leave some marks of paper. ➨ In this exam, ICAI don't always give marks as per our expectations. I also expected 75 in eco law but ended up scoring 67. So this happens in open book paper. Sometimes ICAI don't give full marks, but attempting full paper increases your chances of getting marks and this can really help you to score exemption. ➡️ Must Read for IBS Paper ══════ ♢.✰.♢ ══════ In the exam, if ICAI wants to repeat a question, they will do it from their New 15 Case Study or 3 Journal Case Studies or possibly from the Old course Multidisciplinary Case Study Digest. But, make yourself ready for new questions as well. If you get any question, you can try to find the same from ICAI Module. Must carry the ICAI Module with you, especially for Theory subjects. Avoid summary notes, because we never know from which part ICAI can ask questions, and if you have exhaustive material, then you can find all questions from it. For practical subject questions, ICAI can ask same questions from TYK & Illustrations given in the Module. So, for that also, take the module. For theory subject questions, you can easily identify the same topic from the ICAI module. In the Exam, Follow this for New Theory Questions. First, identify the subject of the descriptive question, then try to find which chapter it belongs to. Then, come to the ICAI module index and search for the topic asked in the question. Before going to the exam, have a look at the ICAI Module index for theory subject & for practical get idea of each chapter so that you can identify the chapter names & questions (practical TYK & Illustration) quickly during the exam. Also, take a Separate print of the ICAI Module Index so that you can quickly find the same without opening modules.
