دكتور محمد حسن ودكتور ثاني اول مره اشوفه بمرجان دكتور محمد inspect the abdomen وجان المريض عنده stoma وماعنده abdominal hair وعند skin pigment جدا صغيره ما شفتهه نبهني عليه الدكتور والدكتور الثاني general inspection وجان المريض عنده syndrome ونايم بالعكس سلمت عليه جان الدكتور گلي اشدتسوين ما يحجي 😅 جان المريض جدا pallor وthin واصابعه متقوسات والchest مثل جماعه ال COPD من بعد ما كملت الfinding كلي شوفي الpulse فأبد ما حسيته وكتله ماكو كلي صح ؛ فسألني شنو اتدورين كتله rate , rhythm ,character , volume وراهه سالني اذا jaundice + pallor شنو تتوقعين عنده كتله haemolytic anaemia بس سأل قبلهه which level of anemia كتله ما اعرف

د. علي السلطاني 1- inspect the abdomen واول ما قدمت كلتله slightly distended وسألني شنو السبب مال الdistention بالمريض وكتله fat وكال شلون عرفته فات وليش مو اسايتس كتله لان ماكو fullness of flank and the umiblicus is inverted وسأل ع المنوفر اللي نسويهن للي عنده اسايتس وكالي سوي shiftng dullness وركزو ع شغلة انو لمن تخلي البيشنت يفتر ع صفحته لازم ما تشيل ايدك 2- general exam

د.مشتاق وتوت اول شي اخذني ع مريض كلي احجيلي الجنرل لوك وبعدين اخذني مريض اخر سويت عليه ابدومنل اكزام هو جان عندة symmetrically distended abdomin+everted umbilical وسالني شنو الnext step كتلة transmitted thrill

د علي السلطاني و د انور المريض الاول inspection of abdomen ال finding stria و visible pulsation و pallor وكذلك شلون تسوي exam لل ascites ركز على ال منوفر ومن تطلع غطي المريض المريضه ثانيه حجيه كاعده على كرسي متحرك كالي general examination وبعدين حدد exam lower limb وسال على artery of lower limb

د.أمير الجباوي inspect the abdomen inspect the face يريد نحجي بالانكليزي يريد التقديم بترتيب يعني نذكر اول شي ✨shape of abdomen and symmetry ✨umbilicus inverted or... ✨movement with respiration ونذكرهه واذا normal say "the abdomen is moved with respiration normally according to his/her gender " طبعا راح يسال شنو الnormal to his gender ✨hair distripution همات نكول related to his/her gender ✨بعدين نذكر الscar ,striae ,pigmentation, سألني what are the parameter that determine that abdomen is distended ? ولازم متنسون انو توكفون على الright side recovery of patient thank the patient 💥be quick

🍀In palpation Should flex the knee If still tense abdomen >rigidity >involuntary muscle contraction If abdomen change to lax abdomen >guarding >voluntary muscle contraction

Some Important sign and there cause: Aphthus ulcer:IBD&celiec Leukonichia:hypoalbunima,kwasherkor,celeic,nephrotic syndrom. Finger clubbing:cirrhosis,IBD,malabsorption

Inspection 1-Abdomen distension > Symmetry 2-movement with respiration 3-umbilicus 4-scars 5-striae 6-visible dilated veins 7-visible pulsation 8-hair distribution 9-hernia 10-peristalsis 11- skin pigmentation
