✅Severe mitral stenosis
✅Severe symptomatic aortic stenosis
✅Marfan's syndrome with dilated aorta (>45 mm)
✅Pulmonary artery hypertension due to any cause
✅Severe left ventricular dysfunction (EF <30%)
✅Previous peripartum cardiomyopathy with any residual impairment of left ventricular function
✅Severe co-arctation of aorta
✅Aortic dilitation >50 mm in aortic diseases associated with bicuspid valve

✅صحيح بأن مسكن Mefenamic acid فعال في تسكين ألم الدوره الشهريه dysmenorrhea الا انه خاصيه anti-inflammatory اقل لذا لاينصح باستخدامه ل treatment of chronic pain or inflammation
