Cleared SPOM : SET A : Law SCORE : 70/100 Review : Very much ACHIEVABLE. • Cover the syllabus twice (just read with understanding) • Focus more on the limits and dates. • 1 sure shot question from SEBI penalties • No need to study any other penalties. • 5 topics to be covered throughly - appointment and qualification - meetings of board - managerial remuneration - SEBI (LODR) - IBC (Tip: we can clear easily without FEMA and new regulations of SEBI) Another thing which I've noticed was they will give a big case study and only ask 2 questions from that which makes the 70% of the case study irrelevant.😂 Entire exam can be completed within 2 hours easily.👍👍 Any doubts/queries comment below👇 or DM
