yhmah counting stars update, idek where to begin but this is the chronology: 1. 28/4 placed order thru jumpup website, never received any update but still understandable bc ik china site is very slow 2. 10/6 sent email to jumpup and took them until 29/7 to reply with, please contact counting stars heres their email (in between the dates i did try to reach out thru jumpup cs on their website) 3. 29/7 i sent an email to counting stars and they replied right away that they will urge delivery asap and i never received any update anymore 4. 7/8 i sent an email again still no update, sent again on 22/8 no update again 5. decided to reach out to jumpup again on 1/9, same response they asked me to contact counting stars directly 6. i emailed them nonstop everyday since a week ago and finally received a reply that the already shipped everything on 20/8, and finally gave me the tracking number. mind u the status is still preparing for shipping on the website 😀👍🏻
