His name was Georges Lakhovsky.
He proposed a theory so dangerous that it had to be erased from medical history. Every living cell is a miniature oscillator. It vibrates at its own specific frequency. When a cell is healthy, it vibrates at its natural resonant frequency. When it becomes diseased, the frequency drops. Cancer, infection, degeneration β all of them are frequency disorders.
In 1925, Lakhovsky conducted an experiment at the Salpetriere Hospital in Paris. He inoculated geranium plants with cancer-producing bacteria. All plants developed tumors. Around one single plant, he placed a simple open-ended copper ring β 30 centimeters in diameter. Nothing else. No electricity. No chemicals.
Within weeks, the plant with the copper ring shed its tumor completely and grew taller and stronger than it had ever been. Every other plant in the experiment died.
The copper ring was acting as an antenna. It was capturing the full spectrum of cosmic frequencies and feeding them back to the plant's cells. The cells re-tuned themselves to their natural oscillation. The disease could not survive in a cell vibrating at its correct frequency.
Lakhovsky then built the Multi-Wave Oscillator. It used two concentric antennas driven by a Tesla coil to generate a broad spectrum of electromagnetic frequencies simultaneously. The idea was simple β flood the body with every possible frequency, and each cell will naturally resonate with the one it needs to heal.

In 1941, Lakhovsky brought his technology to New York. He began treating patients at a major hospital with extraordinary results.

His name was Royal Raymond Rife.

Most people saw another headline about Venezuela. They missed the architecture of the deal. The White House has now released the terms, and the numbers are staggering: a private operator has received 100-year concessions covering 17 Venezuelan oil fields containing approximately 65 BILLION barrels of proven reserves. The United States government receives a 35% equity stake in the corporate parent at no cost to American taxpayers, along with extraordinary rights over the oil coming out of those fields.
Now read this carefully. The State Department receives the right to purchase 20% of production AT PRODUCTION COST, including supply that could help refill the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and support military or other sensitive needs. America also receives first-refusal rights over the remaining 80%. The U.S. government has veto power over board appointments, the majority of the board must be American citizens, and the arrangement falls under U.S. law and U.S. courts. This isnβt simply another agreement to buy foreign oil. It changes who has access, who has influence and who sits closest to the controls.
The operator plans up to $100 BILLION in new Venezuelan oil infrastructure. Millions of barrels of additional crude could eventually move through American refineries using American equipment, rigs and infrastructure. Reuters reports that Chevron, GE Vernova, Eni and other major energy companies are simultaneously moving toward additional Venezuelan agreements, while production targets being discussed reach roughly 1.5 MILLION barrels per day. But there is one detail I would circle in red: according to the White House, many of the additional fields involved had previously been controlled or operated by Russian and Chinese firms. Reuters now reports that some Chinese and Russian operators are indeed losing fields under the new arrangement. This is where an oil story becomes a geopolitical story.
Now look at the numbers nobody will put together for you: 17 FIELDS // 65 BILLION BARRELS // 100 YEARS. 35% EQUITY // 20% GUARANTEED ACCESS // 80% FIRST REFUSAL. 17 // 65 // 100. 35 // 20 // 80. Six numbers. One architecture. People will argue about oil prices. Others will argue about Venezuela. Some will focus on the $100 billion investment. The Supreme Court has just cleared the way for construction to continue on Trumpβs White House Ballroom/Military Complex while the legal battle proceeds. The decision was 5β4. But forget the political arguments surrounding the ballroom for a moment, because buried inside the governmentβs own Supreme Court filing are details that completely change how this project should be viewed.
The filing describes a βhighly integrated military complexβ extending FIVE STORIES underground beneath the new construction. Weβre talking hardened concrete, structural steel and rebar, missile-resistant construction, drone-resistant roofing and ballistic/blast-resistant glass. But it doesnβt stop there. The plans described to the Court include bomb shelters, advanced medical facilities, military-grade ventilation, top-secret military structures and equipment, sniper positions and even a rooftop drone port intended to help protect the White House and surrounding area against aerial threats. This isnβt speculation from an anonymous Telegram account. These details appear in material submitted to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Then comes the detail that should make everyone pay attention. According to the filing, the complex is intended to provide the physical protection and command, control and communications capabilities necessary for a President to continue performing his duties during a conventional OR NUCLEAR ATTACK. Think about the scale of that statement. Above ground America is being shown a magnificent new ballroom. Beneath it, Washington is constructing hardened infrastructure designed around continuity of government during some of the most extreme scenarios imaginable.
Now follow the sequence. The project was announced in 2025. The underground military specifications emerged publicly through the 2026 litigation. On 08.31.26, the Supreme Court granted the stay allowing construction to proceed. Completion is targeted for the summer of 2028, and the government filing says approximately $400 MILLION for the ballroom is being provided through private donations rather than taxpayer funding.
