🎯 Speaking Tip: Как перестать запинаться в Speaking и начать говорить уверенно? Секрет не в волшебной таблетке, а в чёткой системе. Вот тебе стратегия 1–2–3, которая вытаскивает из «ээээ…» к настоящей уверенности. 🔹 1. Модели + повторение (Shadowing + Spaced Repetition) Хочешь говорить как носитель? Сначала копируй. 📌 Возьми короткие фразы из сериалов, интервью, TED, BBC Learning English. Повторяй за диктором слово в слово, с той же интонацией, темпом и паузами. 5 минут — 3 раза в день. Через неделю будет прогресс, через месяц — будет ВАУ. Это как фитнес, только для языка. 🔹 2. Фразы-спасалки = плавность в любой ситуации Когда в голове пусто — не молчи, говори шаблоном:

Запиши себя. Переслушай. Заметь, где запнулся, где не хватило слов. Завтра — скажи лучше. Это и есть рост. 🧠 Важно: Не бойся пауз. Даже носители делают «эээ…».
