☀️ Good morning! ☀️ Today's recipe share: 🧡Fermented honey, lemon, ginger and tumeric🧡 Make with all organic ingredients I make it in layers... 🍋🍯💛 Use a glass jar with a plastic lid. Option to juice your ginger and turmeric. Bottom layer is honey, next layer is lemon pieces (skin on if organic), grated ginger with skin on (if organic), powdered (or fresh) tumeric, layer of honey, lemon ginger tumeric, honey etc and fill the jar to about 3/4 full. Top layer is honey to seal it in. Let sit for a day or two to allow it all to work.. you will see it becoming more liquid. You can stir or shake (gentle, upside down and back up). I leave mine on the counter, but you could leave it in the fridge. Use in the am with warm water (boiling will decrease some benefits) to support the liver, healing, etc. All these ingredients have many benefits. Protect your kiddos 👏🏼 My kids are not allowed to play on our phones or devices. If they talk to someone on the phone it’s on speaker phone. We do not have monitors or devices or wifi hubs or anything like that near or in their rooms. Let’s chat about Genexa… Unfortunately I’ve seen this brand passed around crunchy circles as “healthy” medicine alternatives - but fail to address the real danger which is acetaminophen. Commonly known as Tylenol. That drug specifically causes damage to the brain, liver, and gut health - thus affecting and damaging the whole body! 😰 Beware there are DIFFERENT types of genexa products. Some are homeopathic, some are the drugs without the dyes. Same brand. Same packaging. But can be misleading if people aren’t reading ingredients closely.
