Great way to move the lymph! The lymphatic system is so important when it comes to preventing and treating diseases, including chronic ones. โค๏ธ Another great way to move lymph is by deep breathing. I love this one because it doesnโ€™t take much effort and you can do it anytime. So do it as much as you can! Make sure itโ€™s abdominal deep breathing, through the nose!

This is super interesting. I totally believe in how shifting into different personalities can have a direct impact on our health. We can change ourselves at any second; we can either choose to be in a victim & diseased mindset or in an empowered & healed mindset. And the body will instantly respond. The body is built to heal itself! Just like a horse can with a kick. Theyโ€™re STRONG. Whereโ€™s all this muscle & strength coming from? ๐Ÿ‘€ Plants, herbs and fruits are high in amino acids (first hand proteins!), nuts, seeds, legumes, some grains are high in protein. Carnivores/omnivores are not the only ones who get proteins - makes no sense. This video is for those unaware & open. Those who are physically active / I eat with, tell me this alll the time^. The body is a self-healing machine! ๐Ÿ˜ It heals itself all the time, even attempts to heal chronic/degenerating diseases.
