I know the biggest barrier to entry on my course. The $750 flipping US dollars. That’s a lot, for a lot of you, that’s month’s rent or mortgage. But you need to understand if I made it half price, we’d have double the amount of coaches and you’d get half the amount of my attention. It’s expensive on purpose. (even at 50% off) Here’s my 3 points I’d like to make. 1) this is why you as a trainer in MORE CASES than not need to increase your pricing, it’s not fair on the people who pay you if you’re spread across too many clients who under pay you (there is a really important strategy with increasing your prices we get into in the blueprint. But if you’re doing 40x session a week, if you upped your rate £5 an hour you’d make your investment to the course back in 3 weeks 😮‍💨 2) as a coach you train people, in the first year of training, how much better do they do? Maybe 25% let’s say. Following a program, lifting properly and tweaking someone’s nutrition would easily, conservatively improve their position 25%. But across 5 years? Jesus, they’re a different unrecognisable person. Right? Why would you predict that outcome for your clients, but not yourself when it comes to coaching? In your first year, conservatively, you’d be 25% better off, much more than $750 usd. In 5 years, you may not recognise who you are. 3) I was EXACTLY where you are in 2015. I saw a paid ad from a guy called Paul Mort. It was for a program called Marketing Muscle, it was £100 A MONTH. That’s 10 years ago. I must have gone to his sales page 20 or 30 times. I knew it was right for me, but I pussied out every time and got plastered on a night out at the weekend and spent the same £100. I remember one week, 3 of my clients just stopped training with me, I’d done a really good job with them, but they just didn’t need me anymore. I had no one to fill the slots and I well… sh*t my pants. 2 of them trained 2-3 times a week too. So my diary just got a lot quieter and I realised the lessons I needed were inside the very thing I was avoiding. So I jumped in to Paul’s program. I watched a fraction of the modules and I cheekily asked Paul Mort a question. He snapped at me over email because he knew I hadn’t watched all the modules 😅 In those hours I lost those clients, I studied, hard. I mean hard, I did everything he told me to. It was HIS FAITH in email marketing that kept me going. I didn’t make a sale for 10 months. 10 months, an email a day until my first sale came. 10 MONTHS. I don’t tell Paul this enough but his course changed my life. Within a year, I had an email list where I made a few sales. Within 2 years I was working fully remote. Within 3 years I had a 7 figure business out of nowhere. ”Squeeze page” that’s one of Paul’s terms 😅 Paul’s now a good friend of mine, we didn’t actually speak between the time he snapped at me and having a 7 figure business. hahah ONE OF YOU in my business blueprint will do exactly what I did, I actually already see potential in half a dozen at LEAST and we’re 2 weeks in. I wouldn’t have amounted to much if I hadn’t taken the leap where I was hovering over the ‘buy now’ button and actually taken the plunge.
