Thank you for your support in these 2 weeks since our launchpad. Although thereβs still much more in our roadmap that we are excited to build on our Alyx platform, the current environment has proven to be extremely unfavourable for a new project like ours. With the negative price action, lack of users using the bond feature and ongoing operational costs, we are unable to prolong our runway and as such, are unable to sustain the project.
Our team will be shutting down Alyx but all the fundraised used to form liquidity will remain there permanently for users to sell their Alyx token into BNB.
To be completely clear, we have made 0 profits so far and have deployed much of our own funds into marketing campaigns.
This is not an outcome any project team would like to arrive at but we hope everyone can take this to stride.
We would like to thank the community as well as KnightSwap team for giving us the chance to launch our project.
Our alyx.finance website will be taken down on 26th March 2023. Please withdraw your funds before this date.
In the event we ever want to restart this project if market calls for it, we will do an airdrop back to our community here as a token of appreciation.

A significant step in the right direction for us as we are now able to acquire permanent liquidity for our entire protocol. What this means for us is the following:
1) Acquire liquidity that will always be locked into our protocol. We are not succumb to the whims and fancy of mercenary yield farmers who do not believe in the long term viability of our project.
2) By acquiring real assets, we are able to kick-start the next phase of our project to grow real yields for the treasury, where profits goes back to ALYX token holders.
Once we have managed to lock in sufficient assets, our team will be killing off yield farms as we no longer need to rely on liquidity being rented from yield farmers. This effectively reduces our token dilution, and helps us to support token prices. At the same time, we will also lower discount rates on bonds to near 0% when we have managed to lock in sufficient assets. All of these will be managed in a way to lower token dilution.
For now, we will allow only bonds that are older than 3 days old to be claimed. This will allow us to acquire assets while lowering volatility for users who wish to buy bonds with assets, which will result in a more positive experience for all token holders.
