Guys in physio if u want to build concepts then plz watch dr najeeb sir lecture ( during 1 yr you have so much time π°οΈ so use it properly (enjoy + study) . Once u enter 2yr,3yrβ¦ life becomes so much hectic, you will not get time to enjoy, so plz make memories in 1 yr and also keep studying daily.
1 yr subjects are important ( for eg 1 yr subjects are like a plane sheet of paper and 2,3 yr subjects are colour. So , if u donβt have ur plane sheet of paper π ( command on 1 yr subject) then how will you, use the colours .
When u get 2-3 minutes free during college or at home go through this book itβs good
