Dear Associates, As per our earlier communication shared on 17 June 2026, the Kronos Attendance Management and Shift Timings rules came into effect on 21 June 2026. ​Until 20 August 2026, we considered In & Out punches from both the Project Gate and Main Gate to mark full-day attendance. However, effective 21 August 2026, every associate must strictly follow the standard Kronos Attendance Policy *(Shopfloor Punching Only)* Effective 21 August 2026, attendance is tracked strictly via Shopfloor Punching Devices (Punch / FRS) mapped to your plant location. Main Gate and Project Gate punches are no longer considered. ​Please ensure compliance with the policy for all future attendance marking. ​Shift Punching Schedule (In / Out): ​A Shift: Before 6:00 AM – After 2:00 PM ​B Shift: Before 2:00 PM – After 10:00 PM ​C Shift: Before 10:00 PM – After 6:00 AM ​G Shift: Before 9:00 AM – After 6:00 PM ​X Shift: Before 6:00 AM – After 6:00 PM ​Y Shift: Before 6:00 PM – After 6:00 AM ​Key Rules: ​Both IN and OUT punches are mandatory. Duty hours depend strictly on Kronos system records. ​Remain on duty until your shift ends. Early exits are not permitted. ​Shortfall Impact: Working less than shift duration may mark attendance as Half Day (HD).
