Even if the highcourt agrees, a political stunt can never be classified as a Dham, there are only 4 dhams, and it would remain 4 dhams for ever

Mahâkâla! You carry the lotus [upside down by its stalk] like a heads [held] by its tuft [of hair], demonstrating as if [it is] the materialized bondage [of mâyâ and karma] accompanied by the limited ego [Anava mala] that have been eradicated. Although you are of ferocious [Bhairava] form, you nonetheless carry counting beads. With this (tat), you change the entire world by engaging all the senses outwards. Lord! By wearing bones and the rosary made of hands and heads, and shining with the human blood, you instruct that the world is pure because it is of the nature of Brahman. 35

🌺 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗸𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗵 🌺 Devīkoṭṭa śaktipīṭha (देवीकोट्ट शक्तिपीठ) or Devīkūṭa is a sacred seat of Dākṣāyaṇī Satī in which her feet were fallen. The Kālikāpurāṇa says, "देवीकूटे पादयुग्मं प्रथमं न्यपतत क्षितौ". Devīkūṭa is situated at Gangarampur in South Dinajpur, West Bengal. Being located in the north-eastern side of Bhārata, it is also known as Īśānapīṭha (ईशानपीठ). The residing goddess of this seat is Mahāmāyā (महामाया) or Umā (उमा). For this reason, this place is often addressed as Umāvana(उमावन), the forest of Devī Umā. Except these, it is also referred as Śoṇitapura (शोणितपुर), Vāṇapura (वाणपुर) and Koṭivarṣa (कोटिवर्ष). I salute to the Goddess Mahāmāyā who holds arrow and noose in her hands, destroys the fear of transmigratory existence. She resides in Devīkoṭṭa along with her consort Vikarāla Śiva.

🌺 Vyāsapūrṇimā 🌺 Today is the sacred lunar birthdate of Maharṣi Kṛṣṇadvaipāyaṇa Vedavyāsa (महर्षि कृष्णद्वैपायण वेदव्यास) or commonly known as Vyasdev . He divided the holy Veda text into four parts. He's also known as the composer of the epic Mahābhārata. For his great works, his lunar birthday, the Āṣāḍha full moon is known as Vyāsapūrṇimā (व्यासपूर्णिमा) or Gurupūrṇimā (गुरुपुर्णिमा). In pursuance of the Kāmākṣī Vilāsa, there are three main sacred seats (Pīṭhas) among the numerous Śaktipīṭhas. They are — 1) Kāñcīpura, 2) Jālandhara 3) Oḍīyāna. Maharṣi Vyāsa did penance of Mahātripurasundarī in Oḍīyāna Pīṭha (now situated in Swat Valley, Pakistan). Oḍiyāna is the first Ādi Śaktipīṭha. Here Goddess Satī's Sahasrāra Cakra was fallen and the residing goddess is Ūrdhvāmnāya-Nāyikā Mahātripurasundarī (महात्रिपुरसुन्दरी). "ओड्याणाख्यं तृतीयं तु पराबीजस्वरूपकम् ॥ ८ ॥ तत्पीठं कामरूपेऽस्ति व्यासेनोपासितं सदा ।" ~ Reference:— Kāmākṣī Vilāsa: First Chapter Wishing you Śubha vyāsapūrṇimā

"O Sureshāni, He is called Bhairava because of non-duality (advaita), not due to his terrifying appearance with fierce fangs. Therefore, His saguna (manifest) form should be meditated upon as a gentle and serene aspect." "हे! सुरेशानि अद्वैत के कारण इन्हें भैरव कहा जाता है करालदन्तों वाले भयानक रूप के कारण नहीं, तत्कारण इनके सगुण स्वरूप का चिन्तन सौम्य रूप में करना चाहिए।'' ~ Shri Lakshmi Kaulārṇava tantra

As stated, a seed—when timely and well-watered—gradually develops. It becomes rich with sprouts and leaves, eventually bearing flowers and fruits. In the same way, the intuitive wisdom arising from the Guru expands like a great tree. । True discernment (viveka), when it arises in the realm beyond the senses, leads to clear insight. Then, knowledge of the soul (paśu), its bondage (pāśa), and the Lord (pati) naturally unfolds through deep inquiry. ~ Nandisikha tantra

Mahavidya tatwa(continued) She (the Supreme Power) is the source and radiance of all divine mantras — mantras marked by Pranava (Om), presided over by divine beings such as the Queen of Knowledge (Vidyarajñī) and others. It is from her that the universe, which is constituted by the principles of Maya, the various knowers (Pramātṛ), realms (Bhuvanas) and other metaphysical elements, arises and eventually dissolves. Regarding the glory (vibhūti) of this universe’s creation and dissolution "The powers (vibhūtis) of the kings of the Vidya Mandalas, of the mandalas themselves, of the mantras and their presiding deities these cannot be completely enumerated. From this standpoint mahavidya is the treasure, the refuge the foundation of the wealth of self-experience. In other words, this Pure Knowledge (Suddhavidya) is the agent or force behind the creation, sustenance, and dissolution of the universe. However, in her true essence she is pure light or consciousness (prakāsha-rūpa). ~ Swachanda Tantra, 10th patal

Mahavidya tatwa(Continued) Even though this Māyā is all-pervading and essentially a form of ignorance (akhyāti) it shines only on the substratum of divine light, the radiance of Supreme Lord (Pārameśvara-prakāśa). That substratum, which illumines the universe and serves as the background of all appearances, is called Śuddhavidyā (pure knowledge). Now, it's described Verses (1142–1143) "Above even this (Māyā) is the Mahāvidyā(=suddhavidya) the great knowledge from which all other knowledge and worlds originate. It is the imperishable treasury of the powers of creation, dissolution, and the manifold manifestations of the universe. (1142–1143) "The suddha vidya is said to be ten crore (100 million) times greater than Māyā and it pervades and transcends it." (10.671) Thus, due to its distinction from impure knowledge (aśuddhavidyā) and because of its all-encompassing awareness of ultimate reality (mahat-tattva), this Śuddhavidyā is described as the queen of all knowledge. ~ Swachanda Tantra, 10th patal
