14	Tyler Fout was receiving psychiatric help for a mental illness when he drew a swastika on the concrete of the group home where he was being treated. Lincoln Heights Police arrested Fout and have charged him with Ethnic intimidation, which is a Hate Crime. He has been imprisoned at the Hamilton Country Justice Center since May 31st and does not have a court date until June 6th. Lincoln Heights Police Department came under fire in February over their Handling of a demonstration by neo-Nazi group Hateclub. News articles admit to the fact the the Lincoln Heights PD were not able to make an arrest in that case and it seems they will be using a patient at a Mental Health facility as their sacrificial lamb. So far, none of the news outlets are reporting on the fact that Fout was in a group home for people suffering from Mental Illness at the time of the alleged “Hate Crime”.	816
