عليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته *سايكتري د أسامة يوسف كويس ومن كليتنا وبنجز *نيورو: انا حقيقي متراكم عليا لظروف بس يعني سمعت آخر فترة علام عشان هيسهل الدنيا خالص والدرس بسمعه وانا فاتح كتاب العملي بتاع د علام و كتاب الموديول فبنجز 2 في 1 (حاولت اخلص تحديدات السنة الماضية بحيث ان شاء الله تكون زيها او قريبة منها فهيكون الي متراكم كذا قليل) **تعديل 1 المواضيع بتاعت السنة الماضية 1- hemiplegia 2- epilepsy 3-paraplegia 4- peripheral neuropathy 5- ms ( demyelinating disease) 6- myopathies (mcq) 7- extrapyramidal Systems (mcq) 8- headache (mcq) في منهم فيديوهات لا تتعدى النص ساعة وشبه كتابنا و فيديو العملي احسن من النظري ولو مش قال ال ttt خش على فيديو الشرح وبص ع ال5 د وخلاص

Part 2 (EOM): *The EOM are 6 and have 6 cardinal (individual) positions *All the EOM originate from the orbital apex except the inferior oblique (IO) that originates from the anterior of the orbital floor and inserts by a musclar insertion into the sclera above the macula (so be careful of harming the macula during IO interventio) *All the EOM inserts in front of the eye equator except the IO & SO *MR has the closest insertion to the limbus (5.5) and the SR has the farest (7.7) *The 2 obliques do an opposite actions (SO➡️ depression & IO➡️ elevation) *The horizontal EOM (LR&MR) have 1ry actions only but the vertical muscles have composite actions (1ry-2ry-3ry) *The main function of any extraocular muscle becomes the only function when the optic axis and the visual axis are parallel to each other (example:SR is only elevator in abduction 23°) *Conclusion: •MR ➡️ adductor •LR ➡️ abductor •SR ➡️ elevator & it's the only elevator in abduction 23° & it's additional action is adduction and intorsion •IR ➡️ depressor & it's the only depressor in abduction 23° & it's additional action is adduction and extortion •IO ➡️ elevator & it's the only elevator in adduction 51° & it's additional action is abduction and extortion •SO ➡️ depressor & it's the only depressor in adduction 51° & the additional action abduction and intorsion •All the superior are intortors & all inferior are extortors •All the muscles inserted in front of the equator are adductors & all inserted behind the equator are abductors
