As per the instructions of the Parcel Directorate, OTP validation has been implemented for retail booking of all Parcel products.
For exemption categories, the Counter PA may select the checkbox βI confirm that the customer comes under the exempted category for OTP validationβ and proceed further as per the on-screen information message. In such cases, for the default mobile number 1234567890, please enter the default OTP 123456 and click Verify.
