| 2 | hi guys, first off i wanna start by apologising for the lack of transparency on my side when it comes to updates. i’ve been really busy due to studies and because of this i’ve been mostly out of the house studying hence the lack of updates on queries such as which items have arrived and the such. this being said in hindsight it was still irresponsible of me to be opening for the new sites despite claiming to have a busy schedule, and id like to apologise for this.
mailing updates:
ive just sent add checks to about 40 buyers, those that i’ve sent add checks to your item has already been mailed (will list the mailrun @s in a later msg)
for pending mails, ill be clearing all pc only mails by this weekend, while for those buyers who have items such as albums/dvds/katokato misc will all be mailed by end of next week (16/3)
item arrival updates:
#DCJB5 items have all reached me and i’ve sorted through them already, those buyers who had already paid for mailing before this batch arrival, i’ve put your items from #DCJB5 together into your mail. as for buyers who did not fill in collection form prior to today, ill be sending coll form after this weekend, and if i have missed you out feel free to ask about it as well
i’ve also resolved all the issues with my kadd and will be applying all pending kadd arrivals for forwarding (EXCLUDING blue paradise items as my kadd is still processing the unboxing requests + my proxy has yet to receive all kr site pobs), eta will be about 2-3 weeks from now
tracking your orders:
i’ll be revamping the spreadsheet by april/late march, and will have a page to track all items by #. almost everything this era has been secured from my proxy with the exception of some fancall pobs. i’ll upload secure proofs for the preorder sites later (excluding starriver, as my proxy has mentioned that their agent has yet to get back to them with the order proofs), some has reached my proxy for now, will wait for most kr sites to reach before shipping to my kadd. all popup md has been secured as well
would like to apologise again for the messiness in my management for the past few months. i understand everyone’s frustration and once again i’m sorry for not being responsible with your orders. i promise to be more transparent to everyone in terms of updates and provide everyone with a more convenient way of buying experience in the future as well. thank you everyone for supporting rttm thus far 🤍 | 415 |

my kadd is currently undergoing warehouse expansion hence certain services (eg. kadd arrival pic, forwarding) has been delayed! i've applied one batch of kadd items for forwarding about 2 weeks ago but have yet to hear from them 😞️️️️️️ because of this most kr-sourcing items will take a while to arrive and i wont have any updates during this period of time. i hope everyone can understand and thank you again for your patience while i sort this issue with my kadd! items affected include kr sourcing pcs, scarf bcpcs, bandaid albums, some cinepara pob sets, DCYD sourcing sets | 482 |

| 11 | hi everyone, i know that many of you have been quite frustrated with the lack of updates on orders in the past few months, and i'd like to apologise for the lack of commuication on my part. id like to give some explanation to whats been going on on my end as well as] how i'll be handling everyone's orders in the near future!
why i took so long to update on arrivals
- most of my recent items (fancall/fansign pcs) were bought from several different gom channels and not from my own proxies/at my kadd hence i wasnt able to track updates as easily
- because im buying from a few different channels it takes a longer time to reach my side as well which is the main reason for most of my arrival delays
- my last arrival update was in late october as throughout the majority of november there was little to no arrivals on my side and most items were pending from several different goms hence i waited to dec for most items to arrive
- however i was overseas for half of dec and sick for the other half (around xmas) so i wasnt able to mail anything out or put anything up for collection during this time
- right now for jan and feb im in the middle of my exam season hence the lack of responses and updates. in this time several more items had arrived (#DCJB2 and #DCJB3 and a few more fansign ot9 sets) so i was only able to find time during the recent cny holiday to consolidate and pack everything before putting up for collection
future updates/handling of gos
- moving forward for the new era ill be purchasing most sites pobs from my trusted proxies (with the exception of fancall pobs which ill buy from local goms trying for fs)
- kadd and jadd arrivals will be more consolidated and i'll be able to update on item status + arrivals more frequently
- ill be revamping ss in march during my holidays so that all orders/sharing tags will be all shown in one page for easier tracking
- ive changed to using a coll form as well to speed up the mailing process
for the time being i seek your understanding to be patient with me in the month of feb if i have slow replies or slow mailing as it will be my busiest month as well and ill settle most mails in march. id like to apologise again for the messiness in the past few months since sept and ill be working harder to update and make claiming from me a little easier on you guys from now on 🙇♀️ thank you all again for supporting rttm and for reading this far 🫶 | 1 318 |
