In the months since the 2 new Civil Rights cases were brought against NSC 131, the State of Massachusetts represented by Attorney General Andrea Campbell, and the State of New Hampshire represented by John Formella, have shown no real interest in setting a court date or hearing regarding these charges anytime soon. It is exceedingly clear that these efforts are nothing other than a petty attempt at a bankrupting campaign. What they are doing is illegal, and they will be called to answer for it. In these 2 most recent cases, we are being prosecuted for First Amendment protected speech outside of Drag Queen Story Hours, Migrant Hotels, and Antifa events. The old New Hampshire Civil Rights case, also brought on by John Formella, stemmed from a Keep New England White banner drop in Portsmouth 2 summers ago where we are accused of, “trespassing on public property”. Our motion to dismiss was approved by Judge David Ruoff of Rockingham County, and the Supreme Court has rejected multiple appeals by AG John Formella on this case. The ACLU, whom we have no affection for, has even come out in opposition to John Formella’s actions calling them an overt threat to Free Speech for everyone. In the past, SoCal Active Club has always stayed in its lane and tried to only focus on Southern California, but we have been made aware of a "club" that must be addressed, "Embrace Struggle Active Club" from Pennsylvania. The leader Paul Minton, has a very troubling history in the nationalist scene with flip flopping from WP skinhead, to sharp skinhead back to WP and then he moved onto joining antifa and eventually snuck his way into running WLM Pennsylvania (intentions unknown.) With all that, some might wonder if maybe that's just his journey and now he's genuine, maybe give the guy a chance. Absolutely not, even if we wanted to forgive all his past nonsense there's more! Paul is also a rat. In 1999 Paul testified against an associate and helped the state get their conviction in order to receive leniency. The guy he ratted on committed a filthy crime that we obviously don't stand by, but it doesn't matter, he still worked with the system. Working with the system is one of the unforgivable crimes against our efforts. With all that said, embrace struggle AC will never be welcomed to national events, or be recognized as a legitimate club. Paul Minton will NEVER be welcome in any circle of ours or any circle we share influence with. No second chances for rats. I had been waiting until I was no longer congested to continue the reading of camp of the Saints. Unfortunately tonight instead of doing the reading I have to spend the evening in the emergency room because my wife was T boned by a man who ran a stop sign. She’s suffering a concussion, nausea, and tingling and pain. She’s also having be breathing difficulties because she was trapped for a while and inhaled smoke. I’m hoping to be back on track tomorrow. Appreciate any prayers offered for our health and run of bad luck this year.
