These are certain lines we keep hearing on a daily basis.
Today was the first class of our Conquer Mains 2027 Batch 2. Conquer is always special for me.
Because students after completing conquer come out truly as most evolved and as Mains Masters.
I was genuinely excited but what happened next was completely unexpected -
Seats started filling.
50…80…100…130…160…200…220…250…,,
One after the other.
Class jam packed.
Each seat occupied.
All of this despite the heavy monsoon outpouring in the streets of ORN.
Students who were told during admissions that they will be able to attend classes offline - only after a week - were still standing in the corridor.
Waiting that they might get a seat luckily.
More seats added.
Those seats got filled as well.
Plastic chairs added…
Reception chairs added…
Every single chair got filled!
I was emotional seeing the response.
I thanked the students for showing up. For trUSting. Thanked my team for managing everything so smoothly.
Started the class.
The class went top-notch top-class.
But what is my analysis and suggestion from all of this?
1. You don’t win students trUSt by marketing. We didnot even do a conquer batch 2 launch video. But still - seats overfilled.
You win students trUSt only by providing genuine quality to students. Quality >>>>>> Flashy noises.
2. Students ko bas do hi cheezein provide karni hai - The best content + The best exam applicable teaching.
Uske baad wo khud word of mouth spread karte hai.
3. As teachers we have to ask ourselves genuinely :- Are we really working on your academic content as an educator? Are we really improving your skill of teaching? Do it if you are not.
Lastly,
4. Conquer isiliye itna liked hai because uska funda bahut simple hai - best mains content + best exam oriented teaching + top score karane wali answer writing skill development. Bas baat khatam. No nonsense Precision Strike approach.
